WHAT TO EXPECT
What can I expect when I visit?
From the moment you arrive, our team will be ready to help you feel welcomed and comfortable. You’ll find people ready to answer questions, help you find your way around, and make sure your family knows where to go.
Our Sunday services include worship, prayer, biblical preaching, and time to respond to what God is doing. We make room for the Holy Spirit and believe every service is an opportunity for lives to be changed. You do not have to have everything figured out before you come. Just come as you are.

We gather every Sunday at 10:30AM at Metro Tab Church in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

We recommend arriving a few minutes early so you have time to park, check in your kids if needed, grab coffee, and find a seat before service begins.
ARRIVAL & PARKING
Where do I go when I arrive?
When you arrive on campus, our parking team and greeters will help point you in the right direction. Once you enter the building, our welcome team can help you find the sanctuary, children’s check-in, restrooms, coffee area, and any other spaces you may need.
If it is your first time, don’t be afraid to let someone know. We would love to help make your visit easy.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. At Metro Tab, you’ll see people dressed in everything from casual clothes to Sunday best. We care more about you being here than what you are wearing. Come as you are.
WHAT ABOUT MY KIDS?
We love families, and we want your children to have a safe, fun, and meaningful experience at church.
Metro Kidz is available during our Sunday service for children from nursery through elementary age. Your kids will experience age-appropriate Bible teaching, worship, prayer, activities, and caring leaders who are committed to helping them know Jesus.
When you arrive, our team will help you check in your child and answer any questions you have. Every child is checked in through our secure check-in process and cared for by trained team members.
If you prefer to keep your child with you in service, that is okay too.
DO YOU HAVE SOMETHING FOR STUDENTS?
Yes. Metro Students is our ministry for middle and high school students. Students meet on Wednesdays at 7:00PM at Metro Tab Church.
Metro Students is a place where students can build friendships, encounter God, grow in biblical truth, and discover who they are in Christ. On Sundays, students are welcome to attend the main worship service with their families.

Metro Tab is a Spirit-filled church, so our services are passionate, worshipful, and centered on the presence of God. You can expect:

HOW LONG IS SERVICE?
Our Sunday service usually lasts around 90 minutes to 2 hours. Some services may be shorter or longer depending on what God is doing. We value excellence and order, but we also make room for the Holy Spirit to move.
