LIFE GROUPS
Life Groups are small gatherings that meet regularly to help people build relationships, grow spiritually, and do life together. They are one of the best ways to feel personally connected at Metro Tab.

MINISTRIES FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY
METRO KIDZ
Metro Kidz is our ministry for children during Sunday services. We create a safe, loving, and Spirit-filled environment where kids can learn about Jesus in a way they can understand.
Children experience age-appropriate Bible teaching, worship, prayer, activities, and caring leaders who are committed to helping them know God’s love.
When: Sundays during the 10:30AM service
Who: Children from newborn to grade 5.
Check-in: Families can check in before service in the children’s ministry area. Children (kindergarten-grade 5) worship with parents in the sanctuary and then go to kidz zone before the message.
Safety: Every child is checked in and cared for by trained team members

METRO STUDENTS
Metro Students is our ministry for middle and high school students. It is a place where students can build friendships, encounter God, grow in biblical truth, and discover who they are in Christ.
Students gather for worship, teaching, discussion, prayer, community, and fun. Our heart is to see this generation rooted in truth, filled with the Spirit, and bold in their faith.
When: Wednesdays at 7:00PM
Who: Middle school and high school students
Where: Metro Tab Church Commons Room 103

PARENT’S DAY OUT
Parent’s Day Out provides a safe, nurturing, and Christ-centered environment where children can learn, play, and grow while parents receive support during the week.
Our team creates a caring atmosphere where children are loved, encouraged, and given opportunities to grow socially, emotionally, and spiritually.

METRO MUSIC & ARTS
Metro Music & Arts carries the sound and creative expression of Metro Tab Church. Through worship, music, media, production, dance, visual arts, and creative ministry, this team helps create an atmosphere where people can encounter the presence of God.
This ministry includes singers, musicians, worship leaders, choir, production, camera, lighting, media, photography, design, and other creative expressions that serve the worship life of the church.
If you have a heart for worship, creativity, or production, there may be a place for you to serve.
THE DREAM TEAM
The Dream Team is our serving family at Metro Tab. Every week, volunteers help create an environment where people feel welcomed, cared for, and ready to encounter God. There are many ways to serve, including: Hospitality, Greeters, Parking, Metro Kidz, Metro Students, Worship, Media, Prayer, Outreach, and more!
You do not have to know exactly where you fit before you start. We would love to help you discover the right place to use your gifts.

Metro Tab is committed to sharing the love of Jesus locally and globally. We believe the Church is called to be the hands and feet of Jesus. Through community outreach, homeless support, food assistance, school partnerships, missions, and compassion projects, we serve people with practical help and the hope of the Gospel.
Outreach and missions are ways our church family moves beyond the walls to love people, meet needs, and make Jesus known.

Metro Tab is passionate about equipping believers to grow in truth, develop their gifts, and walk boldly in their God-given calling.
JUDAH BIBLE COLLEGE
Judah Bible College is our online Bible college. JBC exists to raise up believers who know the Word, move with the Spirit, and walk in dominion.
Through biblical teaching, discipleship, and practical ministry training, JBC helps believers grow deeper in Scripture, strengthen their faith, and live with Kingdom purpose.
FELLOWSHIP OF MINISTERS
Metro Tab Fellowship of Ministers exists to provide covering, connection, encouragement, equipping, accountability, and restoration for men and women called to ministry.
It is designed to strengthen ministers and ministry leaders as they serve the Kingdom of God with integrity, humility, and purpose.
INTERNSHIPS
The Metro Tab Internship Program provides hands-on ministry experience and practical training for those who want to grow in leadership, service, and calling.
Interns receive ministry exposure, leadership development, and opportunities to serve in real ministry environments while learning the heart and culture of the house.
