Dr. Steve & Reita Ball are the Founders and Lead Pastors. Their messages equip and empower people to embrace their best life and pursue God. The focus of their ministry creates an atmosphere that propels listeners to step into a place called “destiny”. They specialize in building bridges between people from all walks of life.

Dr. Ball has been recognized by national and international, private and government organizations for his leadership skills. His international connections allow him the privilege of bringing people together for a more excellent tomorrow.

Pastor Reita is the founder of the Daughter’s of Destiny Women’s Conference. This is not just a conference. This is a movement of breakthrough, healing, and confirmation!

Dr. Steve & Reita Ball host Destiny Living, an international television broadcast ministering in over 100 nations around the globe. They also direct a fellowship of ministers as well as mentoring and networking with spiritual sons and daughters across America and around the world.

Pastors Adam and Olivia Aziz are Spirit-filled leaders, worshipers, authors, and communicators who faithfully serve at Metro Tab Church. Adam serves as the Executive Pastor of Worship & Ministries and Olivia serves as the Next Gen Pastor. Together, they help lead and strengthen the ministry of the house through worship, creative direction, ministry development, discipleship, and leadership support. Adam works closely with the Lead Pastors to help facilitate the vision and direction of the ministries at MTC, while Olivia oversees Next Generation Ministries, including Metro Kidz, Metro Students, and the Parents Day Out Program. She also helps lead the church’s graphic design and social media, communicating the heart and vision of the ministry with creativity and excellence.

Adam also serves as the Executive Director of MTC’s Judah Bible College, which exists to raise up Spirit-filled believers who know the Word, move with the Spirit, and walk in dominion. In this role, Adam provides day-to-day leadership, academic direction, ministry training, and spiritual vision for the school as it equips believers for biblical understanding, Spirit-filled living, and Kingdom purpose.

Together, Adam and Olivia carry a unique, soul-filled, Spirit-led sound that resonates across generations and backgrounds. They have released multiple worship projects that encourage the Church, strengthen believers, and make room for authentic encounters with the Holy Spirit. Their ministry is not performance-driven, but presence-led, with a heart to see people healed, delivered, restored, and awakened to the life Jesus promised.
