Dr. Steve & Reita Ball are the Founders and Lead Pastors. Their messages equip and empower people to embrace their best life and pursue God. The focus of their ministry creates an atmosphere that propels listeners to step into a place called “destiny”. They specialize in building bridges between people from all walks of life. Dr. Ball has been recognized by national and international, private and government organizations for his leadership skills. His international connections allow him the privilege of bringing people together for a more excellent tomorrow. Pastor Reita is the founder of the Daughter’s of Destiny Women’s Conference. This is not just a conference. This is a movement of breakthrough, healing, and confirmation! Dr. Steve & Reita Ball host Destiny Living, an international television broadcast ministering in over 100 nations around the globe. They also direct a fellowship of ministers as well as mentoring and networking with spiritual sons and daughters across America and around the world.

Next Gen Pastor
Adam serves as the Executive Pastor of Worship & Ministries. Olivia serves as the Next Gen Pastor. Adam and Olivia come from a rich history of spirit-filled pastors and church leaders. From a young age Adam and Olivia have used their gifts to serve the local church through leading worship, serving in youth and children’s ministry, administration, hospitality, and many other areas of ministry. They house a unique, soul-filled, and Spirit-led sound that stirs the hearts of listeners from all walks of life. They carry a spirit of unity for the body of Christ and they love God, family, church, and all of God’s people fiercely and relentlessly! They have both released several recording projects and books. Adam & Olivia lead the Music & Arts Department in releasing the sound of Metro Tab Church. Adam also assists the Lead Pastors in facilitating the vision and direction of the ministries at MTC. He provides leadership and support to ministry leaders by overseeing the day-to-day requirements of the ministry. Olivia oversees the Next Generation Ministries (Metro Kidz, Metro Students, and the Destiny Academy School). She also oversees all graphic design and social media.

DR. SHIRLEY ARNOLD
Executive Director
ROAR School of Ministry
Dr. Shirley Arnold serves as the Executive Director of the ROAR School of Ministry (Raising, Ordaining & Advancing the Remnant). Additionally, she provides leadership training and resources for the leaders at MTC. She is a general in the Body of Christ. Her strong apostolic voice, revelational teaching style, and prophetic insight make her a sought-after speaker. She has a diverse ministry background, which includes serving as chaplain of Oral Roberts University, establishing a leadership ministry center to encourage and restore leaders as well as founding a multicultural, multi-generational church in Lakeland, Florida with her husband. She is also the founder of a global network of churches and leaders committed to the mandate to restore, reclaim and resurrect the message, mandate and culture of the Kingdom. She has also authored several books.
